Scientific Journals International (SJI) provides a forum for publishing research and creative work from all disciplines. Scientific Journals International (SJI) maintains minimal procedural and stylistic rules, and accepts papers that follow any style manual such as APA, MLA, Chicago, etc. A peer-review evaluation system is used to select papers for publication. SJI maintains an electronic submission, review and publication process.

Studies on the European Polity - Call for Project or Book Proposals for Series
Lynne Rienner Publishers announces a new series on the European Union to be edited by Brent Nelsen of Furman University. Books in the series will explore the European Union as a democratic polity, with up-to-date examinations of such elements as parties and elections, legislative processes, constitutional law, interest groups, institutions, ethnic politics, political leadership, and key policy areas. Manuscripts that are comparative in nature, with a focus on the EU in the context of existing or historical polities, are particularly welcome.

University of Toronto Book Series on European Union Studies - Call for Manuscripts
University of Toronto Press announces a new series on European Union Studies to be edited by Joan Debardeleben of Carleton University and Jeffrey Kopstein of the University of Toronto. European Union Studies will provide a venue for work that speaks to the broad community of scholars and students interested in the European project. Single authored volumes and well conceived edited collections that address the evolving character of the broader project of European integration and the role of the European Union as an international actor are particularly welcome. Manuscripts that engage both the internal workings of the European Union and the EU's relations with the rest of the world are solicited. Topics of interest include, but are not be limited to: European citizenship/migration and identity, European enlargement, European Union institutions and governance, monetary integration, the EU's role in transatlantic relations, global trade, and international security, and the EU's role in the developing world. The series is made possible by a grant from the European Commission.
