The Center welcomes the submission of previously unpublished research papers for inclusion in the Center’s working paper series.
In selecting papers for inclusion in the series, preference will be given to papers with the following characteristics:
- Papers with direct relevance to the current situation of the European Union, including its member states; and
- Papers likely to appear later in quality, peer-reviewed journals or similar publications, as demonstrated by prior or simultaneous submission to the same.
The Center reserves the right to commission papers for its series.

Application Procedures
Applicants should submit a letter of application, a current C.V., the proposed working paper, and evidence of its prior or simultaneous submission to a quality, peer-reviewed journal to the EU Center.
Applications for working papers are accepted on a rolling basis.
